Welcome to your Central Florida getaway!
Located on Gum Lake with convenient access to Central Florida’s top attractions, this spacious four bedroom, two and a half bath home combines comfort, style, and all the amenities you need for a fun and memorable stay. Perfect for families and small groups, it is designed for both fun and adventure.

Wake up to stunning sunrise views over Gum Lake, sip your morning coffee by the private dock, or spend the day enjoying the sparkling fourteen thousand gallon pool surrounded by lush gardens.

Inside, the home features a thoughtful layout and a variety of sleeping options, including a king bed, queen bed, two XL twin beds, and a twin daybed with a trundle that can be converted into a king, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. There are two and a half bathrooms, each equipped with hair dryers and other standard amenities. The master bath offers two showers for convenience (yes, two- this is not a typo), and the second full bath includes a shower and tub combination stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home cooked meals, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Gather in the spacious dining area or enjoy the lake view from the breakfast nook.

Additional comforts include high speed WiFi, smart TVs for streaming, central air conditioning and heating, a washer and dryer, and plenty of towels, linens, books, and board games for everyone to enjoy.

Families will appreciate the Pack n Play, high chair, children's dinnerware, and pool toys that make traveling with kids easier.

Situated in a convenient location, the home offers easy access to top attractions just under 30 minutes to LEGOLAND Florida and just under 30 minutes from Walt Disney World. We had a great stay here and couldn’t have asked for a better setup for our family of six, including four adults and two toddlers. The owner clearly cared about every detail and truly went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, anticipating things ahead of time made our stay a breeze. The peace of mind was huge for us; the outlets were tamper resistant, which is very important to me, especially with two young, overly curious girls. The house was clean, comfortable, and very easy to settle into.Our girls loved it, especially having plenty of space to relax and enjoy the pool. We thought it might be too cold since it isn’t heated, but our girls didn’t mind at all. They also loved getting to play in the sprinklers in the oversized front and backyard spaces. The location was perfect for us, and the sunrise was more incredible in person. It was only 25 minutes for my husband to drive us to SeaWorld, and at the end of the day it was so nice to come back to such a sweet spot by the lake. It was exactly what we were looking for and worked perfectly for our trip. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to our friends and their families.
