No smoking -$300 charge for smoking plus any additional charges . $50 for up to 2 hours after check out (11:am) $50 early check in up to 2 hours (3pm)
We do not authorize parties or large gathering at the house .Guests that cause noise or trashing the house will result in fines up to $500 plus other damages cost up to $2000
