Good location for getting to property. Property clean. Only things are the front door lock not secure and could probably be opened easily. Also instructions for central heating would have been good.

Het inchecken was erg lastig. We kregen een adres van VRBO in de mail die niet klopte en van de eigenaar zelf kregen we niets. Uiteindelijk hadden we een straat zonder huisnummer. Geen telefoonnummer van de eigenaar dus contact gelegd met VRBO. De buurt was niet netjes, veel zwerfafval op straat en in de tuin. Voordeur was eventueel makkelijk te forceren voor inbraak.Verwarming werkte niet, toen we binnenkwamen stonden ramen wagenwijd open, het was ijskoud binnen: 9 graden. Verwarming was niet aan te krijgen, hele avond mee bezig geweest zonder succes. Ook niet met hulp van eigenaar. We hebben in de kou moeten slapen! Ramen gaven tocht en waren niet goed af te sluiten. Tweede dag werd verwarming gemaakt, maar niet aangezet door eigenaar. Dat betekende nog een nacht in de kou! Niet fijn met kinderen, pas in de ochtend kregen we een temperatuur van 16 graden. In de middag toen we weer terugkwamen was het 20 graden. De spullen in de keuken waren niet schoon; vies bestek, koelkast vies en er stond nog eten in. De badkamer: alleen de hand sproeier werkte, de stortdouche niet. De matrassen waren ook niet fijn, als de ene persoon zich omdraaide in bed, leek het alsof je in een waterbed lag en het bed elk moment uit elkaar kon vallen. Her en der lagen spullen aan de ketting. Nemen huurders spullen mee of wordt er wel eens ingebroken?Treinstation was in de buurt en binnen 1/2 uur ben je in het centrum van Londen, dat was erg fijn. Ook genoeg supermarkten in de buurt.
