About this property
Ski-Close Mountain Retreat.Whole Foods Nearby.Moose
Tucked into a quiet Park City neighborhood, this newly renovated mountain retreat is designed for relaxed stays—whether you’re here to ski, explore private trails, or enjoy coffee with the occasional moose sighting.
With comfy beds, thoughtful spaces, and a fully fenced yard for dogs, the home is ideal for families, couples, and longer stays seeking peace. You’ll be on the slopes in 15 minutes, then back home away from traffic.
Cleaning refresh for 28+ day stays.
No smoking inside or outside. THE most epic hill to sled on(that everyone sleds on) is right across the street and we have sleds you can use! Tubing at Woodpark is just 5 min away. Gravel bike trails that you can go on all day, private hiking trails just for our hoa so it’s not crowded at all-except for the moose I always see.
Parking: three car driveway and 2 car garage. Guests receive one garage door opener (fee applied if lost/forgotten)
Commute: Easy 20 min commute to SLC, 12 min commute to Canyons Village, 20 min commute to Deer Valley
Neighborhood Amenities: Grocery store 2 min away, bars and restaurants 2 min away, centrally located to lots of amazing restaurants.
Kitchen: fully equipped, gas stove, pantry, double ovens, super quiet dishwasher
Living Room/Dining: open concept living to dining to kitchen. Tv comes with lots of streaming services with the house’s own login to Paramount Plus, Mobile ac unit stationed in the living room/garage but able to be moved around.
Bedrooms: Pottery barn linens, comfy mattresses, 3 en-suites (2 upstairs 1 in the basement) and an additional bedroom upstairs with a tv. Dedicated office/workspace. Mobile ac unit for upstairs bedrooms but typically ac is not needed in this home due to the elevation.
The home comfortably accommodates families or smaller groups. While it can sleep up to 8, the layout is best suited for guests who value shared space and a cozy, mountain-home feel.
LG washer and dryer-please clean the lint trap each time to reduce fire hazard. Stocked (limited) with Tide pods-please bring your own if allergy exists.
Closets: ample closet room and drawer space. Side shed is locked for owner use.
Backyard: solo stove fire pit; typically fire bans are in effect any time except Winter.
Garage: room for two smaller suv cars in garage, three spaces on driveway for a total of five cars. Winter driveway is plowed but snow removal on deck is not-there are tools in the garage to help clear the deck. Please be careful when walking on the driveway during Winter. Ice melt is provided.

House Truths:

•Three bedrooms are upstairs. One of the bedrooms does not have a bathroom attached but has a great queen bed, is great for a nursery or second office or comfy cozy game room like we use it!
•closing doors to the bedrooms makes it very warm in them so if you run hot be aware and open doors
No smoking inside or outside of home. A fee will be applied and will be the guests’ responsibility.

Why they chose this property
Full time residents. I love walking around seeing people and it’s not a ghost town.
What makes this property unique
Private hiking trails just for our hoa, close to ski slopes but you don’t hit traffic because of the short cut back way, close to SLC so you can start renewing and refreshing earlier than the resorts. Well equipped for cooking great meals. Free high valley transit.
