Spacious, comfortable mountain home perfect for multi-generation, multi-family vacations or group reunions. Close to world class skiing at Park City, Deer Valley, Canyons (15min) ,watersports at the Jordanelle Reservoir/State Park (20 min) and SLC airport (25 min)

Main floor living room with panoramic mountain views. Plenty of room for everyone to gather and relax after the day's adventure. Cozy Fireplace. Crisp 55in HD TV with high end audio perfect for watching movie or sports.

The phenomenal views continue into the dining room with a table that can sit 6 to 10. Buffet with wine fridge and plenty of wineglasses.

Step out onto the balcony from either the living room or kitchen to soak up the view. If you are lucky you can have a birds eye view of our wildlife visitors - deer, moose or elk.

Well stocked kitchen has gas range, double ovens - one of which is a steam convection oven, microwave, and food processor for you to cook to your hearts' content. Or set up takeout on the island from any of the fantastic nearby restaurants. Gas grill on the deck is ready and waiting!

Main floor master bedroom with en suite bath, including jetted soaking tub, provides relaxing retreat. This bedroom is just steps from the heart of the house, easy to find a few moments of serenity and calm. It offers a Queen bed with high count linens, walk in closet and dresser. Direct access to balcony.

Second bedroom on the main floor also has a sweet touch of boho glam, with carved headboard, faux fur throw and crystal lighting. Queen bed with cooling memory foam mattress and heated mattress pad, down alternative comforter and pillows. It has a convenient vanity desk. Walk in closet. Private bath is right across the hall with a shower-tub.

Head downstairs to the game room with its own gas fireplace and wet bar. Play chess, checkers, cards or check out our selection of games. Ping pong, anyone? Fully equipped table tennis with paddles and balls for your own tournament. Watch movies or the 'big game' on a 77in OLED HD TV. Or head out to the lower floor deck to relax and take in the sunsets in the brand new 7 person hot tub. Soak in the stunning views, only steps away from the lower floor game room or lower floor primary bedroom.

Through a set of double doors bring you to the lower floor primary bedroom. Sunny and spacious enough to practice yoga. King bed with cooling memory foam mattress. Bay window has adjustable sit-stand desk and ergonomic Steelcase 1 chair.

Lower level has 2 more bedrooms and 2 more full bathrooms. The fourth bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The Queen bed also has a new cooling memory foam mattress, high threadcount sheets and down alternative comforter/duvet. Desk with ergonomic Steelcase 1 chair.

Family Ski Trip

Perfect spot for our annual family ski trip! Check in/out was smooth, great communication from the hosts. About 20-25 mins from Park City. The house was well stocked, especially in the kitchen, and we loved using the hot tub after a long day of skiing. Would recommend!

Very nice location on top of Jeremy Ranch hills. Amazing sunset views from the kitchen, living room and outside deck. The house was very clean, and a big, updated kitchen was a pleasant surprise. High ceilings throughout. Easy to check-in and out via mobile app.

The perfect home for us!

Perfect house for our grown children and grandchildren. Kitchen amenities were wonderful, views were amazing, distance to Park City and The Canyons was never an issue. We enjoyed cooking in and spending time together. Kate was very quick to respond and checked in on us to make sure all was going well. The house was stocked with spices, cooking oils, detergents, cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet, lots of extra towels, blankets, and pillows. We throughly enjoyed our stay and hope to rent this beautiful home again.

Perfect family gathering house!

This was the perfect house for our family reunion! We had three generations together and there was plenty of space to accommodate all of us. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in, possibly the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a vacation rental. Big flat-screen tv’s upstairs and downstairs, both with fantastic sound systems. Downstairs game room also had a ping pong table and sit-down chess table. Outside balcony spaces were perfect for overflow talking/eating space, as well as some cornhole(we brought that one with us). The neighborhood itself was beautiful and perfect for family walks. I would HIGHLY recommend this great house!

More than we could have hoped for!

The pictures do not do this house justice!!! Our two families of nine were stunned by the accommodations and the view was beyond compare. The house comfortably fit both families ranging from ages 9 to 45. Every room was fully stocked with any and all items that one might need on a trip. From bathroom toiletries to the sleds in the garage to the hot tub on the deck and the stocked kitchen, no detail was left untouched. From start to finish, Kate was very attentive and communicative with our group. The entire process could not have gone smoother and it was all thanks to Kate and Patrick ensuring that it was. Not only do we hope to be back, we will also be recommending this house to any friends and family planning on visiting the area.

Annual Utah Ski Trip

This was a very solid property. We have been renting properties for President’s Day weekend ski trips for more than a decade and this was undoubtedbly one of the best houses we've rented. We would highly recommend for a group of 6-10. Positives:*excellent, well-stocked kitchen*excellent, responsive host*four full, well-stocked bathrooms*fully operational, well maintained hot tub*well located to access Park City resorts and others (Snowbasin, Alta, etc)*homeowners/managment company cleared the abundant snow we received*great, functional wifi and electronics (TV, apploances, etc)*great views of the mountains *friendly deer visitors Slight drawbacks:*Folks sleeping on lower floor can hear anyone walking upstairs. It sounds very loud even if you're just walking quietly*Hot tub can't really fit more than 4-5 adults (and 5 is a tight fit)These "drawbacks" aren't really negatives just more FYIs

Amazing view, fabulous kitchen, great location

My family and I stayed in this house for several weeks during ski season in early 2022. We had many friends and family members come visit with us for various weeks, mostly to ski. The house was perfect. Everyone commented on the view – it’s wonderful all the time and there were some truly amazing sunsets. The location was great. Some groups had Epic Passes – those weeks we went to Park City ski area. Other groups had Ikon ski passes – then, we went to Deer Valley, Alta, Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude. The longest drives were 45 minutes (we didn’t ski on Saturdays). Some friends gushed that they had a “tour of Utah skiing” in a week. We loved the open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room and living room combined. We could visit with guests as we cooked. We really enjoyed the working fireplaces. The kitchen and supplies are amazing – the best we have ever seen in a rental house. We cooked dinner every night, 10-12 guests. There were plenty of plates, glasses, large platters and bowls – everything we needed. The appliances and tools are all the good version – sturdy food processor and mixer, sharp knives!, grill with piped gas, even a steam oven which made the best roasted broccoli — I could go on-and-on about the kitchen. After cooking in this kitchen, some of our guests identified kitchen gadgets that they wanted to buy for their own house! Our adult children and some of their friends worked-from-home many days. The house was excellent for that – there were three desks, one in an office, and the internet connectivity was good. The owner, Kate, is really nice and very responsive. I enjoyed communicating with her. Things to know before you go: It was a challenge to get the temperature right in the downstairs bedrooms (some too hot, some too cold) since there is a single thermostat for the downstairs. The bunk room is small and no clothes storage so the bunk room residents have to live out of their suitcases (our guests didn’t seem to mind). Overall, we had a wonderful, wonderful time at this house and hope to come back.

We were part of a group of families with children in grade school. We had plenty of room to spread out… the views from the main living area and deck were amazing. The kids made use of the downstairs entertainment area each night…. The hosts were responsive to all questions and even provided a baby gate when they learned we had a toddler in the group. Excelent library of puzzles, board games and books…. And the Bluetooth stereo system pumped out a wall of sound! Will utilize again! -Ryan

Absolutely Stunning

This place is absolutely gorgeous. The home was beautiful, the views we amazing and the location was perfect. We came for a family trip and the home had everything we needed to feel right at home during our stay. The owners were extremely gracious and accommodating for our stay. Fabulous House!

We stayed here for a month and this house was fantastic! The house is so spacious and had plenty of room for our family of 4; it would be comfortable for 2-3 families to share. The kitchen is very well equipped with all sorts of gadgets, dishes and cookware. We even had a chilled bottle of champagne to welcome us! We all had fun playing ping pong downstairs and there were plenty of apps on the TV to keep us entertained. My husband and I each had a separate, comfortable work space. Kate was very responsive to my questions and immediately sent the property manager to resolve a minor issue. We ate most of our meals on the deck (we went in the summer) to enjoy the amazing views of the mountains. It’s also a great vantage point to watch the beautiful wildlife in the area. We saw deer almost daily and even got to see fawns and a moose! The house is very convenient to both Park City and Salt Lake. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Family Vacation

This house is AMAZING!!! It was perfect for my family’s first trip to Utah. The house had everything we needed and more!! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.
