About this property
Cumberland River Retreat - w/Private Dock
Visit Nashville by land or water
Stunning 1 bedroom 800 sq. ft riverside suite just 25 minutes from downtown Nashville TN by land or water depending on how fast your watercraft is.
Enjoy boat dock access on the Cumberland River, views and a screened in porch. Includes kitchenette with mini fridge, air fryer, microwave and outdoor gas grill. Located 2 miles outside Nashville's Davidson County. This is the perfect peaceful getaway close to the city. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or anyone looking to relax by the water, enjoy a bit of nature, and still stay close to the heart of Nashville.
The other part of the property is occupied by a quiet professional couple with a complete separate entrance. We respect our guests privacy but are usually nearby if you need anything. While having a great time is highly encouraged, if you are looking to host big parties, this is not the location for you.
There is a barge manufactoring facility upriver on the opposite bank of the river, if you are lucky enough you might catch them launching a barge during your stay. That said there is occasional noise from the facility but most find it rather unobtrusive, but we like to mention it so you can plan your stay with full transparency.
Located just 3 miles from Brush Creek Recreational Area with boat ramp to launch your boat and enjoy your private dock for your stay.

Smooth getting into the place. Parking could be more spacious. Great view, easy to get to the dock. Cozy rooms. Really good place to retreat.
