Welcome to our brand new log cabin Horseshoe Ridge! It was lovingly created using unique elements - Timbers and lumber from a turn-of-the -century dairy barn, and lumber milled from trees where the cabin now stands! Dramatic wall of windows facing into the forest valley below, and soaring ceilings of Colorado blue spruce. Even the headboards are made of gates from the dairy barn. Horeshoe Ridge is situated on 10 wooded acres, and owner lives on property. There are three bedrooms and two full baths. Washer/Dryer included.

About Al or Karen Davis
We built this cozy, custom log cabin for vacationers who want to enjoy the beautiful Gatlinburg-like surroundings 20 minutes to downtown Nashville. We have always enjoyed nature and wildlife but also wanted to be close to the modern conveniences that a city like Nashville has to offer, as well as the charm of a rural backdrop.
Al or Karen Davis purchased this House in 2017
Why Al or Karen Davis chose Bellevue
Beautiful log home, decorated in an equestrian theme. In a wooded area perfect for a Tennessee feel and relaxing environment. We fell in love with the area and bought the land in 2015. The location is beautiful yet very convenient to many of the Nashville amenities. In fact, it is a 20 minute highway drive to downtown Nashville and all it has to offer. About 10 minutes from Bellevue, Westmeade, Bellemeade and Natchez Trace
What makes this House unique
Some of the lumber used was from a turn-of-the century dairy barn, including a timber that holds the stairway landing. And the barn doors we crafted were milled from the trees where the cabin now stands. These include Mockernut Hickory, Green Ash, and White Oak.

Cabin in the wood
The place was clean and comfortable for 8 of us ladies. A little far from downtown if you're going to Uber rent a car instead it'll be more cost effective. The Wifi didn't work most of the weekend so we ended up having to us our own jetpak to get Wifi but if you are looking for a place to truly get away this is it! Beds were comfortable and the place was peaceful.
Intimate, quiet and cozy. The perfect distance out of the city for our first vacation to Nashville.
Our family ran the Tough Mudder in Nashville. We toured downtown Nashville and enjoyed the entertainment downtown. We did a little antiquing and shopped at the Antique Archeology store. We will definitely be returning.
Absolutely beautiful we enjoyed our stay!! I wish I had a cabin like this, so cozy.
This is a beautiful cabin located just far enough out of town to be peaceful. If you want to get away this is the place to go!! Research what you plan on doing prior to going, as there isn’t much within the area to be entertained by. It is a short drive to Broadway if you want to go back down town. We played games at night and cooked out. There are deer that come near the cabin and we also had a cat that stopped by as well. I would recommend this property!!! I would love to have this cozy cabin on my property in Pennsylvania !!
5 star ..
We enjoyed the stay, the cabin was more than we expected, actually it was breathtaking! We will definitely book this again. We just wished there was a regular coffee pot but next time we will bring one but overall We enjoyed the stay.
Perfect cabin! Quiet, spacious, perfect home away from home.
The cabin was amazing. It gave us the secluded relaxation we were looking for but also close enough to downtown Nashville when we wanting to go out on the town! Couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay.
Perfect spot and setting.
We used it as a staging spot for family members attending a wedding South of Nashville. Worked out perfectly. We would recommend to anyone.
