Serene hilltop hideaway conveniently located within 25 minutes of downtown Nashville and all the urban happenings! Built in 2020 this 1,300 square foot home is on 1.5 acres of a beautiful deep wooded lot. Open spacious combination great room with vaulted ceilings. Covered front porch as well as a treetop deck out back for sunset and sunrise celebrations! Wonderfully private and quiet while just 15 minutes to I-40. We would love to have you come and visit!

July 4th get away

It’s a really nice house and not close to a lot of people which is good. The owner allowed us to bring our beagle and he loved not having to go up and down stairs. It’s close to a few parks and hiking trails. Oh and randomly looked up and out and saw a deer just casually walking the road. It was so nice.

Christmas in Tennessee

It was a lovely holiday week staying at Cozy House in the Woods! We enjoyed the quietness of the woods and beautiful views from the deck as well as being so close to Nashville to drive in and see a few sights.
