Sea Cottage is a well-maintained and well-built house that is family friendly and comfortable. The owners have taken good care of it, we can tell. Biking around the property is easy from its location. Fully recommend the house and the Southern Holiday Homes!

Nice house, great location. Our expectations for Watercolor/Seaside (at this price point) are always high. I assume the property management company isn’t paying attention, door code(s) mostly did not work, wine fridge did not work, kitchen and laundry room rugs are tired, front porch covered in Cheerios, backyard landscaping in need of some TLC, stopper in master bathroom sink doesn’t work. The pool/beach toys are broken or trash. The ping-pong table net is broken. It wasn’t anything major or that could ruin our beach time, just a bunch of small, annoyances … especially after I signed a VRBO agreement, and property management agreement for the house, another, separate property management agreement for our pet (brought to my attention 72 hrs before checkin), agreement(s) for bikes, and one more for the golf cart!
