The intangibles of this property are the draw, 5ft water private boat dock, 2 car garage, 12 person hot tub, and less than 10 min walk to the beach, a rare combo to find on the water. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay even though a huge storm came thru right before arrival, kudos to Gail for all her efforts.
House was perfect for us. Location is walking distance to parks and beach. The place is clean, organized, and really comfortable. Gail was a terrific host.

Thank you so much Gary for your kind review. You were a wonderful guest and you’re welcome back anytime!
The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood off A1A & is within walking distance of a park, beach & the Navy Seals Museum. It’s a short drive to other beaches and many Fort Pierce amenities. The house appeared to be clean with new appliances.
The good:
• Great location for beaches & Fort Pierce activities
• Quiet neighborhood
• Nice dock and screened in porch
• The host was easy to communicate with
Things that need to be addressed for others:
• The property has 3 large bedrooms that accommodate 6 people, but
o There were only 3 drinking glasses
o 5 dinner plates
o 4 wine glasses
o 4 cereal bowls
o No clothes hangers anywhere onsite
o 2 burned out lightbulbs and 1 lightbulb completely missing from a bedroom lamp
o One TV on the property located in the den but unusable unless you have an Amazon sign on or brought a Roku
• Smoke detector found in bedroom dresser drawer
• No instructions for checkout. I think it would be advisable to have a booklet onsite documenting expectations
The bad:
• Inflated security deposit about 1.5 times the rental fee.
• The showerhead in a bathroom became detached I notified the host of this so she could arrange repairs. We were accused of snapping it off and was told I’d be getting an invoice. I explained that if we had broken it, I would have offered to pay but was notifying her as a courtesy so she could arrange repairs prior to the next guest checking in. Instead, the amount was kept from our deposit.
Would stay again if concerns addressed.
