Nice property, safe area. The Colacoda hosts very communicative and accommodating of our requests.Something to be mindful about if you’re planning to cook your own food at the property is that there is nothing except cooking ware, no basic spices or condiments. So bring everything.We had a great stay!

This place was the perfect place for some relaxation, peace, and quiet and very close to get to and from all the places of interest at Key West. Our stay here was completely enjoyable. Our host was very accommodating and the place was very clean. We would definitely stay here again. The pool and spa were spectacular. Rick was always there to help us with any of our needs.

Beautiful condo with split bedrooms. Comfortable furniture inside and out. Non obstructed view of green area. Kitchen was well equipped (not that we used it). Convenient to great restaurants and Duval Street. Pool area was wonderful! All in all a relaxing few days!

There was no pan that could go in the oven-like for a pizza or chicken or anything. Only stovetop pans.

We got a notification that our unit was ready early and we could check in at our convenience. When we got there it was nice and cool inside and absolutely adorable. It was probably cheaper to stay here rather at a hotel with the bonus of having a kitchen and living room to hang out together. The beds were comfy, there were plenty of pillows and blankets and the most amazing smelling shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand soaps. Our granddaughters got to watch the airplanes land and take off but it wasn’t so loud that it woke us up. Although we didn’t use it access to the pool was a great amenity. I would definitely recommend it and if we come back I know exactly where I’ll be staying.

This is a great place to stay while exploring Key West. It is clean and has a great pool. The only downfall was that the kitchen wasn’t well equipped if you wanted to cook a meal. The host is quick to respond to any questions you might have, which we haven’t experienced before. That is definitely a plus! We are planning to visit the area next year and plan on booking here again.

The property was amazing! I actually received a text at noon that said our condo was ready and it gave me a code so I could check in early (unfortunately I wasn't in the area yet). Early check in never happens. The condo was clean and very comfortable. There is a washer and dryer in the unit which was very useful. The pool and hot tub on the property was a lot of fun. My grandkids and I loved it. The location is fantastic. Just a short drive to Duval Street. I felt like it was a little pricey but definitely worth it. The check-out process was the easiest one that I have ever experienced. It was a fantastic trip! I would also recommend Fury Adventures for a sunset dolphin cruise and snorkeling excursion. It was so much fun! Lori Goodall
