POOL/SPA HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $35 per day (November-March: $45/day).
2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days.
3-Pool is set to be heated to 89 F/Spa 104 F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Guests need to pay heated pool for spa to get heated.
6-Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
PARKING: Max 5 cars/home. No street parking is allowed. Park 2 cars on the driveway and 3 at the overflow parking area nearby (First Come, First Serve).
Start-up supplies provided (soap, toilet paper, trash bags) — guests may need more for longer stays.
No grill. Guests can rent a grill themselves by a link provided after their reservation is confirmed. The grill company will deliver the grill before check-in and pick it up after their checkout.
