Perfect for families and large groups, the home has a maximum occupancy of 18 guests and features colorful bedrooms, including Harry Potter and Princess themes, a private pool & spa, and access to the resort’s world-class amenities.

Great board retreat spot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 6th year using this house for a board retreat/planning meeting. The property is well-maintained and its location is convenient to all the necessities (for us it's mostly grocery runs!). The property management company provides timely texts with pertinent information and expressions of willingness to be available for any concerns/questions. Accommodations for up to 7 couples, each with their own bathroom, is a real bonus for us. We would definitely recommend this property to someone looking for a place in the Orlando area or with similar needs as ours.

Spacious house that had everything we needed for a group of 10. Pool and hot tub heat was perfect and we really enjoyed our outside time and the use of the kitchen. Communication was great and they responded quickly. Only negative thing I could point out was that the king bed in the main bedroom downstairs is in desperate need of a new mattress as it was very uncomfortable. No one else complained of the beds in any other room. The theatre room was fun and a great place to watch the Superbowl!

We really enjoyed how comfortable we felt here, and how at home we were! Our kids had a great time as well! The resort amenities were spectacular! The check in process was smooth, the communication from Blue Sky Villas was 5 stars, and we had the vacation of our dreams! We will definitely be staying with Blue Sky Villas again, as our entire stay was just perfect!

The house has everything needed but is difficult to clean because no supplies provided outside of dish soap and two dishwasher tablets. No supplies provided to wipe down counters, table or floors. Highly recommend getting the pool heated.

Awesome Stay

Property accommodated our 8 person golf group perfectly. Everyone had their own room. Plenty of space and lots of tv’s. Theater was great for the final four. Great location, close to everything. Grocery, coffee & golf nearby. Disney a short drive away. Ten houses from the clubhouse with numerous pools, fitness center & restaurant & lounge. Texted management staff and received a response within minutes. Would definitely recommend. A+++

Relaxing

My family and I had a great time. The resort have a nice gym and wave pool my kids enjoyed. I would highly recommend the place for reunions and family getaway.

When we first arrived we noticed one of the beds was broken. I text the management company and they sent someone right out to fix it. They have great communication and are very accommodating. Our family book this home for 7 days and spent 5 of them at amusement parks. The time we did get to enjoy the home were fantastic. Very close to Disney World parks and not too far from Universal. Rooms are large and clean, plentiful bathrooms, pool, spa and playroom. The kitchen and family room are set up great for family time. Love our stay.

Great space for a family!!

The house style was great, location was ok. Very roomy for the 13 of us and great accommodations for the babies/children. There were ant issues in a few of the rooms, otherwise great space for a family, especially the movie room!! We would consider staying again.

Great house

Lovely house and great community everything looks just like the pictures. Very spacious with room for everybody. Very equipt for little ones with all the strollers and pack n plays. Loved the pool and hot tub at the house as well as the splash pad in the community. Would definitely recommend this house for anybody going to Florida.
