Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
- Please load and run the dishwasher with any dirty dishes before check out. - Please take the trash out before you leave.
Place trash bags in bins located in the right side of the house next to the Ac unit.
We kindly ask guests to dispose off food in the available trash can to avoid a clogged drain.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We Charge $10 extra fees per person per night after 4 people
We Charge $15 per night for 2 cars parking inside the garage if urgently needed

Christopher and his family are phenomenal guests! They left the place in spotless condition. You couldn't tell anyone was here. I thank them for the care with it. Mike's communications was easy too. Highly recommend them as guests and hope they come back.
