Seashore Unit

Escape to our stunning oceanfront retreat next to Fox Point Beach in Hubbards, NS! The Seashore Unit offers breathtaking views, 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, and a laundry room. Unwind in the entertainment room (75” TV, home theater seats, arcades) or challenge friends in the game room (ping pong, air hockey & more). Relax on the spacious patio with a salt-water hot tub, BBQ & firepit. Enjoy access to a fitness center & infrared sauna (shared). Your perfect getaway awaits! 

The property is very spacious and large enough for families and friends to rent together. It has separate spaces for entertainment (large patio area, entertainment room, double garage with ping-pong table, air hockey and other games). In the summer, you'll be able to enjoy the view on the large patio area and walk back and forth to the beach (200m walk). In the winter, you'll definitely appreciate the in-floor heating, electric fireplace, hot tub and sauna! 

Please note that we accept up to 8 guests in this unit, but this includes a twin over double bunk bed. As such, this unit would be most comfortable for 6 adults. Please review the information about bedrooms and beds before making your reservation. 

The property is divided into two units (side by side). The units are divided by their garages. The Seashore Unit is the furthest from the driveway of the property. Guests also have access to a fitness center (spin bike, rower, dumbbells, barbell, etc.) and infrared sauna in a separate building behind the units (shared with adjacent unit). 

There is no cable. You can use the various apps on the smart televisions and login to YOUR various accounts: Apple / Itunes, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Bell/Eastlink or other service provider online access, Youtube, Disney +. These are only available if YOU have an account. Don't forget to bring your usernames and passwords with you! 

Amenities state a Pack n Play is available, however it is not readily available in the unit. Please ensure you request it for your stay so we can leave it in the unit you booked. 

The hot tub is a salt-water hot tub from Arctic Spas and is for 4 people. Specific instructions relating to the hot tub are in the rental book available in the unit.

We have security cameras outside to monitor the driveway, parking areas, entry doors, & firepit. We turn off the cameras after guests arrive except for the driveway, parking areas, and back building. We reserve the right to access any of the cameras during a stay or rearm them if we suspect a guest is not following our house rules.

Keep noise to a minimum after 11pm.
Maximum number of guests is 8 at all times. Please be certain that all guests are aware of the rules.

Beautiful vacation home

What a wonderful property! We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The home was immaculate, the view was amazing, and the hot tub put it over the top. I would highly recommend this location.

Beautiful view, amazing amenities

This property was excellent. There were a surprising amount of amenities, from games to an awesome entertainment system to beach/snokelling gear. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and the hosts were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful spot

A wonderful spot to vacation with kids. So many amenities and things to do at the cottage, the beach and views were beautiful. Having a gym/sauna/hot tub made it incredible. There was a plumbing issue a couple of hours prior to departure that Eric was quick to respond to. Would highly recommend this stay!

Perfect getaway!

The property with all amazing that we didn’t want to go on any excursions. Is everything it was built up to be in the descriptions and it did not disappoint. The highlight of our 17 day vacation by far.

Absolutely stunning

This was a fantastic place with everything you could possibly want or need. I was truly impressed with the thought and care put into this rental. I wish we could have stayed longer or maybe come back during the summer months to utilize the outdoor spaces more. Seamless check-in, excellent prior communications with hosts and everything my party could have wished for.

Awesome Getaway

This group of work colleagues for the last 5 years has been going on weekend getaways once in the Spring and once in the Fall annually. This was our favourite to date, the location is close to the city, the view is amazing, the home is beautiful and the hosts thought of everything. This was an immaculate spacious home equipped with more than is needed to have a comfortable stay. We all felt like welcomed guests and at this VRBO location. We will be back, maybe in the Spring.

Special place

The house is very well outfitted for your vacation stay. We had a 3 generation weekend away and there was something for all. We loved the view, the hot tub, the gym, sauna, games, so many great things to do! The house was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. My whole family felt special and pampered being in such a lovely home. Anick and Eric were great hosts, welcomed us there and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the local distillery for afternoon music and cocktails. I hope we can come back in the summer for a different experience in the area. I highly recommend this house for your vacation stay.
