We offer top notch accommodations for guests who wish to explore the walkable historic downtown Washington area. Automatic door lock codes provide a convenient and private check-in experience allowing for contactless booking, check-in, and check out process. The unit is on the 2nd floor in the rear of the building up the deck steps giving you a private covered outdoor area to relax and dine. Inside is a modern one-bedroom apartment complete with full size kitchen, living room (sofa queen pullout), breakfast bar, and dining table. The unit has 2 smart TV's, washer/dryer, and a private double vanity bathroom with glass shower. NO ELEVATOR, you must be able to climb deck steps to 2nd floor.

We live in St Louis and love the idea of having a property close to all the area wineries. We wanted the property to feel upscale with nice finishes, but it required a complete renovation that took over a year to complete. We like the historic feel of the outside but want modern and clean on the inside. We hope you will enjoy it too.
