The apartment is exclusively yours without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind and make yourself at home.

Free parking is located on the complex for 1 vehicle, parking for the second vehicle is available for $25 nightly per the complex's rules during the week and $50 nightly on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Parking for the first free vehicle will be in the spaces labeled "Permit" only.
Parking for the second paid vehicle will be in the spaces labeled "Guest".

You will register your vehicle using the provided links at check in.

ID Submission and Rental Agreement Requirement:
For a seamless and secure experience, guests will click a boarding pass link from a third-party tool as we require all guests aged 18 and above to submit a valid government-issued ID upon confirmation of their booking. Additionally, guests must sign a rental agreement, which will be sent after the reservation is confirmed. These requirements are part of our standard procedure to ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests. You will find these details inside the boarding pass link that you will receive once your reservation is confirmed.

I am accessible to my guests via phone or through the app.

Expect a quick and prompt response. I give my guests space but am readily available if needed.

The health, safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance! For this reason, we pride ourselves in our cleanliness protocol to ensure we exceed every guest's expectation before, during and after they leave.

Pet fees:
1-5 days is $25 per day
6-20 days is $150
20+ days is $250

Note: Pets must be on a leash when roaming within the complex.

UNDECLARED PETS: $300 FEE IF NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION COUNT BEFORE CHECK-IN.

Early check-in fee of $40 (must be requested before 9am on day of check in)
Late check-out fee of $100

Trash Disposal Policy - Please bag all trash and place it in the designated on-site bins before checkout. Leaving more than one bag behind may be considered excessive and could result in a $200 fee. Thanks for helping us keep the home clean and ready for the next guests!
