The property upon arrival was clean and very welcoming. We did not have a pet, so the pet-friendly part does not apply. The property was definitely family friendly. The host was OUTSTANDING with the communication. My family came to celebrate my daughter graduating from college and with family from 4 different states staying with us, I am pleased to say all were happy and very comfortable with this property.
