Incredible stay, close to all the bars and restaurants and only 5-10 min from the resort. Great views even saw a little fox by the river. Hot tub, heated garage, tons of laundry machines, huge kitchen and dining. Great host as well

VRBO app made communication slow but Coleman was quick to reply! The location is in walking distance to most everything and such a great area of Steamboat. Includes a beautiful view of the foot hills and right on the Yampa River. The house is large and fit our family of 14 well! It was great for our large group! We are already making plans to return!

The house was fantastic. The bedrooms are well layed out and easily slept our 5 couples and 4 singles. The kitchen is amazing with easy access to cook for 20 people. They stocked some snacks and water to get us started. They were very responsive anytime we had questions. The view of river is great especially with the many windows and balconies.
