This lovely home sits high on the hillside and enjoys gorgeous views of Emerald Mountain! Located perfectly in-between downtown Steamboat Springs and the Ski Resort, the home offers easy access to all your summer and winter adventures. Conveniently located just minutes from downtown and 5 minutes to the Mountain. Spectacular views from the living room take in the iconic Howelsen Hill and the locals favorite Nordic and biking trails on Emerald Mountain.

4 BD / 3BA that boasts polished wood floors throughout, lots of natural light, modern finishes mixed with some mountain elements and inviting living spaces. This home offers great flexibility, a nice option for a group as it has a lot of beds, or two families traveling together, and you're also welcome to bring the family dogs!

In addition to the great room, there are 3 bedrooms on the main floor, plus a bathroom off the hallway and a laundry closet located on the main floor. The primary bedroom has high ceilings with ceiling fan, and ensuite with walk in shower and double vanity. This bedroom also enjoys access to the deck and backyard from the sliding glass door. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on this same floor. These bedrooms share the full bathroom that is located off the hallway. Downstairs the 4th bedroom is off the entry area, with double doors and an en-suite bathroom.

The attached 2 car heated garage, which also includes an end space converted to a games area, with table tennis, air hockey, and high-top tables. Perfect hangout zone!

House is very well laid out with lots of room for families, cars, kids, and dogs. Large secure backyard was great for dog to do snow zoomies and burn off energy. Large deck and kids playset would be great in summer or fall to enjoy. Kitchen was well stocked with all of the essentials needed to prep, cook, and enjoy great meals.

Everything was wonderfully clean and comfortable. We appreciated the many blankets and pillows and the bath products.The kitchen needed a few fixes: broken cabinets, shelves in the dishwasher, expired filter on the water spout on the fridge, minimal soap for laundry and dishes provided.

Perfect house for family and extended family!

Wonderful, pet friendly property!

The property was perfect for our short stay in Steamboat! It is centrally located between the resort and downtown area. It is ideal for traveling with a pet, as a crate and food/ water bowls were supplied. In addition, there is a fenced in yard! The kitchen is well equipped with all needed cooking supplies. Overall, a perfect place for families!

Great Family House!

We stayed with our children and dog and found the property to be ideal. Will definitely stay again! There were so many amenities that weren't even listed on the description. Fenced yard, swings, and so many little things that we didn't have to buy for the interior. We were sad to leave.

Great place for families

Very nice house. Rec room in the garage is great for kids (and adults). Spacious and clean. In summer, the patio is pleasant. Not really walking distance to much, but a short drive to everything. Didn't love that we actually had to check in at the property management office, but I guess we're used to VRBOs that don't use property managers.

Pleasant Family Reunion

The house was well-equipped and had everything we needed. It was comfortable and spacious. Having the yard for our small dog was great. The property is located on a main thoroughfare making it difficult to get out of the driveway. That was the only negative.

Emerald Vista

Great lodging for big family or multiple families. Plenty of room in the living, dinning, and kitchen area. Easy drive over to the slopes (ten minutes tops). Heated garage in the winter was a real plus. Plenty of space in the garage as well for winter sports gear. Well stocked with towels and the usual needs for the kitchen and laundry. The house creaks when the heating system comes on but not a deal breaker and you get used to it. Very pet friendly with a couple of big crates if you crate your dog when you leave and a contained outdoor space off of the kitchen to let them out without a leash. We would stay here again.

Perfect for a long weekend with friends

We were in town for the marathon weekend and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The house was excellently equipped with everything you could need, plus nice touches such as shampoo and robes in the bedrooms and coffee, sugar and tea in the kitchen. Steamboat isn't a large town, so the location was close to supermarkets and coffee shops, plus an easy drive to downtown and the Old Town Hot Springs. The site refers to limiting the house to two cars, but it turned out that this was really two cars in the garage and two on the driveway, so perfect for the eight of us. The renting agents also let us know that we could park any other cars at their location at no cost. We'd definitely use this agency and this house again.

Beautiful home near town

I had a wonderful stay with my husband and friends! Te home was clean and cozy. We enjoyed the open layout and comfortable bedrooms. The fenced back yard was perfect for our pup to play. The location was close to town and we even walked the 1.5 miles one afternoon. I highly recommend this home!

Great property

We had a great weekend at this property. Checkin process was easy, house had kennels for our dog with bowls and everything. Unfortunately, the garage was filled with trash from previous guests, which caused the area to smell. Air hockey table didn’t have pucks to play (or we just couldn’t find them). Overall, a wonderful getaway - lots of room and comfortable place to relax.
