The Beautiful Bayfront Home!

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! The Beautiful Bayfront Home is located in the Bayfront Historical area. Its a 2 minute drive to the Dock and Bicentennial Tower.
Only a few minutes away from the downtown attractions. Erie Bayfront Convention Center, Warner Theater, Erie Insurance Area, and UPMC Park. Being 2 blocks from UPMC Hamot and short distance to Gannon University.Also perfect for traveling nurses, doctors, professors and families visiting students.

Our property has so much to offer from the spacious bedrooms to the cozy living room. With plenty of outdoor entertainment, from the projector screen to the fire pit area. With lots more to be offered inside with a finished basement having, a movie area, pool table and jacuzzi. It's a perfect place no matter your travel needs!

Other things to note
From November 2nd until April 24th. Backyard oasis and fire pit area will be stored due to winter weather and rainy season.

Very comfortable place and quiet residential neighborhood. Clean, warm, and cozy. Like new appliances, furnishings, and huge TVs throughout the house, were a plus. Easy check in, and check out. Perfect stay.

We had a fantastic stay and gave this property a well-deserved 5 stars! The host was incredibly responsive, and the location on a quiet, one-way street was peaceful and perfectly suited for our group of four. A huge highlight for my teenagers was the outdoor patio area with the projector—they absolutely loved hanging out there. The house was thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials we needed, including towels, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and kitchen basics like paper towels, dishwashing liquid, and trash bags. While we didn't cook during our stay, the kitchen had enough dishes for us and a few pans and utensils.We’ve stayed at other properties in this area, and this one is definitely better than most. We would absolutely stay here again! For future guests, there are just a few layout and amenity details to note. The jacuzzi, pool table, and a second living room with leather couches are all located down in the basement. Also, a couple of the appliances and fixtures are on the older side. The upstairs bathtub/shower has some cracks in the enamel, but it was perfectly clean and had great water pressure. The dishwasher works, but the racks have some broken pieces that make loading difficult (some cups flipped over and collected dirty water, so I just hand-washed them instead). Given how wonderful and attentive the host is, I’m sure these items are on their radar to update. We would stay here again.

The house was very nicely located to the bayfront restaurants and pier. And the neighborhood was nice a quiet. Parts of the home are very well renovated but the bedrooms need work. We also had to spot clean a few areas.

will not stay here again. One of the bedrooms we could not use because mattress was so bad and old. Another one needed replacing. Patio was full of mosquito and couldn't use. (100's of them, couldn't even open door.)

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. We were surprised by the comments regarding the mattresses, as they are new. However, we'll inspect everything again to ensure they're in excellent condition. Regarding the patio, we did not observe the level of mosquito activity you described, but we understand that outdoor conditions can vary depending on the time of day and weather.
