La Perla is Tamarindo`s newest resort and is located just one block off the main beach road and a two block stroll to the sand. The building boasts a sophisticated modern design, resort pool, oceanview gym, 24 hour security, and parking inside the walls.

You don`t need a car at La Perla, though there is secure parking should you decide to rent a car or golf cart. (Please note golf carts cannot be charged at La Perla. Golf carts must be charged at the location of rental).

La Perla 134 is a beautiful Tamarindo vacation rental luxury condo with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 terraces in a sprawling 2200 ft floor plan. The condo is situated on the desirable North West corner with glorious ocean views out towards the beach and Playa Grande estuary. La Perla is ideally located on a tranquil residential hill, just 1 block off the main beach road and a 2 block stroll to the sand. La Perla has elevators, underground parking, private pool with views from the deck, gym, outdoor BBQ kitchen and an elegant gated entry with 24 hour security.

This vacation rental features floor-to-ceiling glass in the living areas and bedrooms to let in lots of tropical sunlight. It offers a gourmet kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and glass tile backsplash. This luxurious condo is situated on the northwest corner, and gets ocean and sunset views from the large main terrace, master bedroom terrace and third terrace. The spacious master suite has a king bed and large ensuite bathroom with soaker tub, separate glass shower and double sinks. It also offers a private terrace with beautiful ocean views. The second bedroom has a queen bed, private ensuite bathroom with raised bowl sink and large shower, and access to the second terrace with ocean views. The third bedroom has another queen bed and access to the second terrace with ocean views. The third bathroom with shower is situated right across the hall. Beautiful La Perla 134 comes fully equipped with flat screen TV, appliances, beds, linens, dishes and washer/dryer.

Traveling with little ones? We have a pack-n-play available on a first come, first served basis for $10/night. To ensure availability and have the pack-n-play set up and ready for your arrival, please let us know in advance if you`d like to rent it.

- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we`ve got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
