My wife and I have family in the area and have always loved spending time on Grand Lake with our kids and extended family. After years of looking for the perfect place, we fell in love with this property. We spent a year renovating it and are now making it available for others to enjoy as much as we do. We love spending time relaxing on the deck, enjoying a morning coffee watching the sun rise and making campfires at night under the stars.
Why they chose this property
Evergreen Dreams is in a very peaceful location. The road has no outlet, which means traffic is limited to residents and guests. The property is nestled among cedar and pine trees and is located on a bay on Grand Lake that doesn't get a lot of traffic. The yard is lined with cedars, giving it a very private feel. The land across the bay is not developed, so the view across the lake is natural. We have seen eagles soaring overhead and pileated woodpeckers visiting the yard. Grand Lake is nearly 6,000 acres and has numerous islands giving it unsurpassed character not found in other lakes. The location is just two miles from a park with trails and sandy beaches on Lake Huron.
What makes this property unique
The privacy and solitude make this location unique. It truly has an Up North feel. The house has been completely renovated.
