The host was very responsive and helpful when needed. We had a cozy stay in the house overall and the space was nice for accommodating a group. The house was clean and had most amenities we needed. It could use a few loving touches to make it even better but we would certainly recommend the house to anyone searching for a safe and reliable place to stay with a group. The parking garage definitely added comfort and ease to the stay as well.

Just what we needed

Great house for our group of 10. We had plenty of space to spread out, but also big spaces to all be together. Not a well equipped kitchen for those who like to cook, but good enough for minor cooking and enough dinnerware to serve takeout instead of eat out of boxes

Large place with lots of beds. The beds are on the lower end of quality but there are a lot of them. The furniture is also mostly the cheaper kind. House had some maintenance issues but nothing out of the ordinary for the these kind of rentals. The location is great. Philly is great. I would stay here again.

I had a great time here! The property was better than advertised. I had a friend / family group of 10 and everyone enjoyed the spacious floor plan and multiple floors for privacy. The host made things very clear in the preparation email and my stay went well with 0 issues thanks to the clear directions. Surrounding streets could be nicer lol but overall the experience was great there are multiple restaurants and Casino within walking distance.

Great setup for a group

The townhouse was a great set up for two families to spend time together in Philadelphia. It was clean, well decorated, and had plenty of space for all of us. We were a group of nine, four adults and five children. Loved the long table in the kitchen to gather at for breakfast. It was an easy trip into the old city, about 10-15 minutes to sights and restaurants. The neighborhood was more residential. It was quiet even though the highway runs right behind the townhouse.

Nate’s home was beautiful. Every amenity you could imagine. Very clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient to just about everything. If we couldn’t walk there, the subway was close by. Nate was very responsive and gracious, even when my group had a few hiccups. He accommodated us and made us feel very well cared for. A wonderful experience. Would highly recommend this host and property.

The property was a bit of a challenge. There is no bathroom on the main floor. The kitchen did not meet our needs. The electric water pot was broken, not a good selection of pots or pans. The upper level did not have enough seating. The “view” out the back door was depressing to say the least. The apartment was not as clean as most places we stay at. The towels we very thin. We had a good time in spite of the condition of the space.

Met our needs perfectly

There were a group of 9 of us in Philly for a convention. This house was large enough to accommodate us all without feeling crowded. It was very clean. The dining table was much larger then it looks in the pictures. The couches are large and comfortable. The beds were also comfortable and much nicer then most other rentals. We had 4 cars with us but free parking was not that hard to find. I would stay here again next year if all do the convention again.
