The Neighborhood:

Situated on the southern edge of downtown proper known as SoBro (South of Broadway), this stay puts you right in the heart of Nashville. Broadway is a 6-7 block walk and there are some great restaurants and coffee shops even closer, such as Pinewood Social, Husk, and Crema Coffee. This location is walkable or a very short rideshare to anything downtown including Nissan Stadium and the Gulch. Other notable Nashville neighborhoods are just minutes away by car.



Getting Around:

This apartment is ideally located for exploring downtown Nashville! You can easily walk to Broadway and all the downtown attractions. Alternatively, rideshare services are readily available. If you plan to venture further into Nashville's diverse neighborhoods, having a car is recommended. The building offers paid parking for $25 per night. Additionally, free street parking is often available in the surrounding area.

• Age Restriction: In Nashville, the principal renter (primary occupant) of a short-term rental property (STRP) must be at least 21 years old.

• Pets: This building is NOT pet friendly.

• Identity Verification: For security, the primary guest must complete a secure online check-in before arrival. This includes uploading a government-issued photo ID, a selfie, and signing our rental agreement. Check-in instructions are sent only after this is complete.

• Guest Count: We charge an additional $25/night at and above the 3rd guest. Please ensure your guest count is entered accurately at booking to determine the correct pricing.

• Local Reservations: Reservations under 7 nights from guests residing in the local area may be subject to cancellation at our discretion.

• Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: These services are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance. Fees apply ($50 to $200+) depending on the time. Please inquire for availability.

• Special Requests: Please submit requests for items like pack-n-plays or high chairs at least 7 days before check-in to ensure availability.
