COMFORT & LOCATION! 2 FULL Bath, 2 Bedroom, Sleeps 6 in comfort! This condo is conveniently located on the riverfront in Downtown Nashville, within walking distance to the Ball Park, Football Stadium, Restaurants, Honkey Tonks, Museums, Concert Halls & Shopping! No Need to have a Car! You can walk or take a $5 to $6 Uber ride to Broadway.

Our goal is for you to be satisfied. Check-In is 3pm CST day of Arrival. Check-Out is 11am CST morning of Departure. If we don't have guests checking out/in the day of your arrival/departure, we try to be flexible. If you need an earlier Check In or later Check Out, please let us know. We will try our best to accommodate you!

Much effort was taken to make sure you are happy with your accommodations! The 4 Beds (KING BED, 2 TWIN BEDS & QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA) have brand new mattresses, mattress toppers & bed linens.

This Condo is on the River is also equipped with Flat Screen TVs in the Living room AND BOTH BEDROOMS!

The Kitchen is well equipped with extras like Keurig Coffee Maker/Coffees in addition to Microwave, Dishwasher and Full Size Refrigerator.

Being on the first floor allows you to enjoy the outdoor space (deck/patio) while watching the boats go down the Cumberland.

Place was very clean and had what you needed. The floor is on a slant and walls are very thin. The person above us was very loud late into the night which made our first night there sleeping difficulties.

The location was great! It was close to Broadway but far enough away to be quiet. The view of the river from the balcony was really nice! Several boats go by. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-equipped and clean. The check-in process was easy and as described. Enjoyed my stay!

The kitchen was fully equipped. It was to cold and we did not visit the pool. The faculty could have been cleaner, the bathrooms inparticularly . Towels were kind of thrown under the bathroom sink and I questioned the cleanliness of them. We cleaned the bathrooms and purchased more towels. Walls were a little dirty especially in large bathroom toilet area. The condo needs better lighting throughout. We were on the bottom floor so when the guest above us walked around or was partying it sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. Overall We liked the privacy of the balcony and was visited by a beaver each morning that was a plus. I did have to contact the owner about a living room tv issue. He was very prompt getting back with me. I would not say that I would not use the faculty again but it will definitely not be my first choice.

Easy check in to this stylish condo! Walking distance to many activities and an inexpensive Uber ride to the local destinations as well. Condo was well appointed and clean! Would definitely stay here is IF it were guaranteed that the people on the floor above were going to be gone-their foot steps were a bit loud.
