About this property
Sweet Studio Private Entrance
This pet friendly, very private, cozy studio offers all the amenities you need, in an established, quiet and quaint, neighborhood. Close to everything! Airport, Airbase, Nobhill, Downtown, Uptown, & Freeways. Please note - that, while you will not be directly exposed to them, dogs do live on the property and will occasionally make noise in the form of barking.
PLEASE NOTE: DRIVEWAY parking is not always available. If you REQUIRE driveway parking, then please give us a heads up so we can move vehicles for you, otherwise the parking in front of the house is fine. We are located on a private residential street with very little foot or car traffic.
Look for a bright, yellow house. Your door is the white door. The studio is set up as a self check in, no one needs to be there to let you in. When you arrive there's a smart lock on the door set to the last 4 digits of your phone number FIRST, press anywhere on the pad to light it up, then enter your code, then you press the check-mark button at the bottom right corner, it should light up the pad and turn the check mark blue and that will unlock the door. When you leave to go out-- simply pull the door shut, just long press thecheck button or enter your code then the check button. If the deadbolt sticks and doesn't want to engage, simply pull the door in towards you, that will help the door finish it's locking process.
