Casa Palmera 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6. Community WiFi

This 3 storey town house is furnished to a very high standard and is on the small ‘Green 4’ community of only 41 houses. The terraces overlook the fabulous Nuevo Portil golf course in this pretty unspoilt corner of Spain.
Local shops and restaurants and a breathtaking 14km Blue Flag sandy beach are just 10 minutes’ walk away. The lounge and terraces are south east facing with sun until mid afternoon, but benefits from welcome shade in the hot afternoons – making it excellent for summer rentals. The partially covered patio area has a large dining table, six chairs and a parasol. The patio is private and fully enclosed with a gate leading directly onto the well maintained communal gardens and pool area. The pool is overseen by a life-guard - making it ideal for families with younger children. The house has Spanish digital TV (including Disney Channel). 2 parking spaces in the private underground car park, keeps your car cool and secure during your stay.

Superbe petite villa dans une belle copropriété

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille dans cette maison d’El Portil. L’endroit est vraiment sympa et la piscine de la résidence très appréciable. Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueilli avec un petit panier garni, c’était vraiment sympa!!! Je recommande 😁

Casa cómoda pero lejana

La casa es cómoda, muy limpia aunque tiene un problema de olor de tuberías, pero está correcta en limpieza y utensilios. Está alejada de la playa, andando con niños y sillas más de 15 minutos, y el problema es que cerca de la playa más cercana es difícil aparcar. Lo mejor es ir en coche a la playa de la bota, que está a escasos 5 minutos ,. Pero hay que tener en cuenta que si vas en familia, el coche lo necesitas para moverte y comprar. Para salir por la zona en 15 minutos andando hay ocio. La piscina bien, pero de 15 a 17 cierran, a nosotros nos pareció una faena porque es la hora de vuelta de l a playa pero es por el horario del socorrista, que está todas las horas de apertura.

Buena casa en buena zona

Casa con una equipación muy completa, buenas zonas comunes y dos hermosas plazas de garaje en un entorno agradable y tranquilo. Solo algunas pegas, está un poco retirada de la playa, la pista de padel es de cemento y la wifi es bastante deficiente. Por todo lo demás es totalmente recomendable para unas vacaciones.

Sitio perfecto para disfrutar en familia. Playa a 10 min. andando ( atravesando campo de golf) Terraza /porche vinculada al salón que da la vida... Maison tout confort dans un bel environnement. Piscine commune surveillée, ouverte de 11h à 15h et 17h à 21h. Calme bien respecté dans la résidence pour la sieste et la nuit. 20 minutes à pied de la plage. Voiture nécessaire pour tout le reste.

Hemos pasado una semana en la casa de Pamela y es ideal para hacer plan familiar en Huelva. La casa es amplia y cómoda, con todo lo necesario (además de las cosas que deja Pamela) y en una urbanización tranquila y cuidada.
