The host never showed up. Never returned text or calls. This is breach of contract and I will be demanding full refund. Expedia has an obligation to vet these people and they are culpable.

I couldn’t even check in, the owner or guy squatting there couldn’t string two sentences together and was very confused, the front door was off its hinges and from what I could see it was a mess and no furniture. Fighting with Orbitz and Vrbo to get my money back

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. We have reported it to Expedia and VRBO. W had no check in instructions, upon arrival the door was unlocked and the host was inside seemingly not sober and disoriented. House was in shambles. Very scary and dangerous for my family and demanding a refund.
