The property was exactly what I was looking for. A good amount of space, parking, clean, and all within walking distance to Lincoln Fin. Field for the concert we were attending. The bonus was it was a nice neighborhood with shopping and restaraunts also with in walking distance. John our host was communicative and helpful. I recommend this listing. Thanks!

Older building, floor slants. Great area to walk and close to citizens park. The only thing i would complain about is the air, it's not central air and is only window units. It was pretty hot when we arrived and took awhile to cool down. Host very responsive.

Love the neighborhood and the parking spot was clutch!John was very responsive when I had a few questions.Apartment is exactly as described! My only suggestion is to maybe supply a how-to on opening up the murphy bed. It wasn’t very intuitive and took me a bit to figure it out.

Stayed here for easy walking access to the Xfinity Mobile Arena, was happy to have a parking spot to just leave the car and we could avoid the parking madness at the arena. The home itself is bigger than it seems in the photos and its a cute space, house was clean and the AC was running when we arrived which was great. Host responded promptly to my messages. We were happy with our stay here
