The home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests with 5 separate beds, making it a great option for families, groups, or those stopping through after a long travel day. Guests have access to the top two floors of the home, including a spacious living room with a 75” smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee bar, two bedrooms, and a loft space with additional sleeping areas and a second smart TV.

You’ll find easy off-street parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a layout designed for simple arrivals and restful stays. Restaurants, shops, groceries, and public transportation are all nearby, and the home is within an hour of several world-class ski resorts, hiking trails, and family attractions.

Please note: there is a separate basement apartment with long-term tenants. The basement has its own private entrance and is completely separate from the upstairs. The only shared area is the laundry room.

Located on historic Main Street, our home is in the heart of Bountiful—a safe, friendly community just minutes from Salt Lake City. You can walk to El Matador, Vito’s, Smokin’ Bones BBQ, Royal India, ice cream shops, bookstores, and small local boutiques.

Parks nearby include Five Points Park (2-minute walk) and Bountiful Town Square with a splash pad in summer and an ice ribbon in winter. Station Park, one of Utah’s best outdoor shopping centers, is 10 minutes away.

For outdoor lovers, you’re close to Mueller Park, Adams Canyon, and the Bountiful “B” trail, as well as 7 world-class ski resorts within an hour.

The area offers easy freeway access and a bus stop right outside with 15-minute frequency.
