This place is great! Ample kitchen, comfy beds, great lake location. The only downside is it is next to a GORGEOUS property, and is humble in comparison. Would have loved a chaise or comfy chairs on the beautiful deck.

Very clean, quiet & good furnishings. Waterfront view almost non- existent-needs trees trimmed up to see lakeview. Suggestions for improvements = move fire pit to backside of home-no one wants to set beside septic ports, need a subtle light for back deck plus a ceiling fan, wi-fi not adequate to stream(should state this limitation). Turnover of booking to EVOLVE Co incurs charges not agreed upon in advance from vrbo - specifically $72 optā€™d out damage deposit from vrbo is force charged by EVOLVE CO will force us to avoid, tell friends, and avoid this co-op - improper procedure causes hard feelings and will harm your business model!

Extended Weekend

Our family took an extended weekend to spend on water. This was first time staying at this property but definitely not last. House was spacious, the living room, kitchen and dining area were open so we could all visit while cooking. Short walk to boat dock! Love the area.

Everything Was Perfect!

Perfect location! Our family loved this place! Hoping to book again next year for our annual Greers Ferry Lake vacation! The dock is a short walk down hill to the lake. The beds were very comfortable. The layout of the cottage made everyone comfortable and gave us all the privacy we needed! The owners answered all my questions very quickly prior to our arrival. Parking was spacious and easy even with the boat trailer. Our family of 5 gives it 10 thumbs up!

I enjoyed the stay, we have been coming to Devils Fork area for over 30 years . But when Evolve Rentals began running the property it went up about 45% or 500 dollars for using the same property. All other things about the property stays the same. This is such an increase Evolve is going to out price the normal vacationer, and the owners of the propertys will loose. I also told this to the owner of the property.

From pictures I thought we would be closer to the water, but it was still not too far. It would help if in the check in email there would be a listing of boat launches in the area. We really enjoyed our trip. We would definitely stay again.

Great Layout and Kitchen

The interior design of the rooms are a great layout for a family. The size of the lakehouse is good for a family. Everything was excellent except for one major point. Please pay attention to this. The wifi did not work, and when it did, it worked intermittenly . It is a big enough of a deal that I had to give this 3 stars, instead of 5. The owner did try to help remedy the situation, but since it was Thanksgiving, options were limited. What needs to happen that would most likely take care of the problem, would be a booster. If this is taken care of, then I would highly recommend staying at this lake house.
