This secluded 125 acre estate is aptly named. A few nights at Havenwood will leave one feeling both relaxed and energized at the same time. Just three miles outside of beautiful Woodstock, this property has a main house, a one bedroom guest barn, a stocked pond and miles of hiking trails throughout the surrounding woods. The decor is beautifully designed and mixes antiques and contemporary art. There is a beautiful screen porch with seating and dining for 10 as well as a lovely back deck with seating and dining opportunities. All 7 bedrooms have ensuite baths. This home promises a beautiful time with family and friends and has ample living space for all. Pre-arrival concierge services are available. Private chef experiences are also available at an extra cost.

Worth every penny!

Havenwood was every bit as lovely as the pictures, and as cozy and homey as we hoped. We could have stayed on the property and been perfectly happy. Martin was easy to communicate with, and a chef extraordinaire…we wanted to take him home with us. The kids were delighted with all the games, toys, puzzles, and books. I can’t recommend this beautiful home highly enough!

Havenwood

We had a family reunion in Woodstock and Havenwood served as our home base. The home is gorgeous, beautifully decorated yet comfortable. The children enjoyed all the outdoor activities as well as the huge game room downstairs which had something for everyone. The outdoor decks and patios as well as the outdoor fireplace were great for star gazing and cooking s’mores. I thinks everyone’s favorite area was the screened in porch. We were all sad to leave!

Magical Mini Wedding💕

Havenwood was the perfect location for our multiple day event. The house has so 12 many fabulous rooms and we used every one. Dining room table for 12 and the living room perfect for elegant events. Game room and screened-in porch fun for late night hang outs. The house Is well stocked we had everything we needed. Our trip to Woodstock exceeded expectation! Thanks to Chris and Martin for all your help. We love Havenwood are talk about going back again.

Beyond Expectations

I have stayed at a few well rated VRBO homes, however, there is nothing that has come remotely close to the exceptional home and hospitality we received at Havenwood. The home is absolutely beautiful, the grounds are amazing and there are endless activities both on and off the property. Note that the house is so fantastic you may never leave the property though! The host provided us with everything we needed including a wonderful house manager who made our vacation perfection. It was absolutely amazing on every level. I would say don't walk but run to experience this incredible home in an incredible spot. Truly Magical.....

Amazing Family Vacation in Woodstock

Our family had an incredible week in Woodstock at this gorgeous, spacious, and incredibly well-appointed home. We had multiple generations and a total of 6 adults and 7 children (ranging from 6 months to 12 years) with plenty of room to spare! The home is grand but comfortable, and we spent as much time (or more) enjoying the outdoor spaces as we did the indoor ones. The screened in porch is everything! We had dinner there every night, and lots of hang out time there in between. The kids were entertained for hours on end in the basement, which had options for all ages. The grounds are spectacular and we had many adventures by foot, bike, and car. We really hope to return to this special spot and recommend it highly and wholeheartedly!
