Our family had a wonderful stay at this home, which has everything you need for a short or extended visit to Vermont. Great communication with property manager before and during our visit; wonderful sunset views every night! Location is excellent and convenient to Woodstock, Quechee and area attractions.

The Blue House was the best of all the VRBO properties I have rented over the years. Listing and photos were accurate, which is a pleasant surprise. Spotlessly clean, great communication and a beautiful and convenient location. Everything you could need for a lovely stay was provided including firewood to enjoy our evening gatherings. Wi-Fi was fast and great cell service allowed all of us to stay in touch with work and family. Beds were comfortable and supportive.We did not make use of the lovely lower level but it offered a separate space for larger groups.We just could not leave the stunning views from the kitchen, gathering room and the living room.The daily wildlife kept us amused as we sat in the beautifully designed rear garden and front yard.Truly a wonderful stay. You would not be disappointed if you selected the Blue House for your stay near Woodstock.

Fantastic stay!

We loved our time at this house! The views are spectacular and the house itself is wonderful - big & spacious, very well appointed, clean, comfortable, really close for skiing at Quechee and exploring Woodstock - everything we could have wanted for our 2 families. The home is lovely and the views are breathtaking. The host could not have been more helpful and accessible, but we didn’t have a single problem! The entire outdoor space was perfect for a family BBQ with eight people. Highly recommend.

We fell in love with Woodstock while visiting and spending Christmases there with family for many years, finally finding a place of our own. It’s been wonderful to discover all of the charms of the area, and Charlie has developed a particular fondness for cycling over this beautiful terrain.

I think I must have been an innkeeper in a past life as this is the third property we've offered for rent, and it has been a delight each time. Hosting people whose family and friends gather for their important occasions, and knowing your place worked well for them is a wonderful feeling. I love connecting with people in this way.

We fell in love with the property for its layout, spaciousness, and the endless views, so we went for it, and immediately got busy updating it indoors and out. We have been doing so ever since, with even more plans for the future.

Looking back, it warms our hearts to reflect on the countless wonderful experiences that people from various corners of the world have enjoyed in our home. We extend a warm invitation to you to create your own cherished memories here in the near future. -- Paula and Charlie King

This house is in perfect proximity to both Quechee and Woodstock villages, and a short hop over to Dartmouth, with easy access to all. We love the quiet neighborhood, and access to the Quechee Club, which features a full complement of amenities to be enjoyed year round.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The number one thing mentioned by our guests is the beautiful western view. It's as if Mother Nature is putting on a show every day, all day, just for you.

The second thing guests mention is the cleanliness of the home. This sounds routine, but as travelers we all know it isn't, so all props given to our housekeeping who do an amazing job for our guests.

Another feature that appealed greatly to us is having two large primary bedrooms; great for couples traveling together. One-level living is possible with a primary suite on the same level as all of the living areas, with the second primary suite upstairs. The main level primary is great for a guest who doesn't do well with stairs.

Frequently seen in our reviews is the comment that there are multiple spaces for hanging out, which now include several outdoor spaces as well. Just as inside, there are places to gather or seek solitude. The setting is open yet private on a quiet road with nice neighbors, 3/4 surrounded by beautiful woods.

The home has everything needed for a quiet stay in proximity to nature and the best of the Woodstock area. Having the beautiful and well-maintained Quechee Club nearby leaves no want unanswered.
