The spacious, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to feel at home. A private laundry room with detergent is available at no extra cost.

Guests can enjoy a stunning rooftop infinity pool with panoramic city views, as well as access to a fully equipped gym. Take in breathtaking views of Castillo San Felipe, La Popa, and the Walled City from your elevated retreat in the heart of Cartagena.

Maid service is available at an additional $30USD per day. Maid will provide cooking, laundry service, and cleaning. Cleaning services are available upon request for stays of 6 nights or more (1 free). For stays longer than 7 days, weekly cleaning will be provided.

Each guest will have to pay the Building Management company $20.000 COP (≈$5 USD) via debit or credit for a wristband. This wristband will grant you access to the building and the amenities.

We had a great stay at Santi’s condo. He was very welcoming and overall a great host. The condo is new, clean and has all the amenities anyone could want. There is a pool on the roof and a full gym for anyone who wants to work out. It’s about a 8 minute walk to the Mega Tienda grocery store and about 15 mins to get into the walled city. It’s recommended that you take an uber or taxi at night. When our boat trip to Coralina got cancelled, Santi was very responsive in letting us stay an extra night. The security and reception downstairs is great. Upon arrival we were greeted by Tatiana and upon leaving Andres helped direct us to the bus station right across the street to take us to Santa Marta (much cheaper and more comfortable than a private car). I would recommend this place. 10/10
