Guest Access: Feel Free to Enjoy
Guests have full and exclusive access to the following designated areas:
- Exterior: Common outdoor areas, the main dock, and the surrounding green space.
- Parking & Paths: The main driveway and the established, mulched walking trail.

Restricted Areas: Strictly Off-Limits
For your safety and the privacy of the owners/other residents, guests do NOT have access to the following areas. Any entry into these restricted spaces is strictly prohibited.
- Private Structures: Other homes, cabins, or private residential structures on the property.
- Maintenance: Storage buildings, maintenance areas, and utility/equipment spaces.
- Active Work Zones: Any areas currently marked or cordoned off for active construction or property improvement.

Important Property & Land Use Boundaries
The property is set on a large, beautiful wooded acreage, but please observe the following land-use rules:
- No Unmanaged Trails: There are no designated hiking or wandering trails through the woods at this time.
- Stay in Designated Areas: Wandering into the raw wooded areas or beyond the established, designated boundaries is not permitted for safety and land-management reasons.
- Lake Access: The nearby lake is a beautiful part of the property setting and views, but it is not accessible for fishing, swimming, or boating of any kind.
- No Hunting: Hunting is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property grounds.

Atlas Views Resort is designed to be an intimate escape! As of December 2025, the resort is intentionally small, featuring only two private cabins: Stillpoint and Emerge.

We are also excited to share that Atlas Views Resort is still a property in progress! We are continually working to enhance the guest experience by adding more walking trails and improving resort amenities. Please be aware that you may see contractors or staff working on upgrades throughout the winter months. We appreciate your understanding as we build the resort into its full vision!
