Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Please enable mail-forwarding with the post office. We will not be able to hold mail for you. 2. Set the temperature to 72 degrees.
3. Let us know if you've discovered anything that needs repairing or things that we should address for future guests. We'd love your feedback! 4. Please message us when you have left.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1.Trash/Recycling: Please bring garbage/recycling bins to the curb Thursday night for pickup Friday morning and return them to the driveway once empty
2.No Smoking This is a strict no-smoking property. Smoking, vaping, or marijuana use of any kind is prohibited indoors and outdoors $1,000+ fees apply
3. Excessive Cleaning Fees: Guests agree to cover additional charges if the property is left excessively dirty or requires deep cleaning beyond normal
