Welcome to our private cottage-style guest house located in central San Gabriel.

This is a newly renovated standalone unit of approximately 400 sq ft, designed for privacy and comfort. The unit includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a small kitchen, making it ideal for up to 3 guests.

The space features a private entrance and a small front yard, allowing guests to enjoy independent access and a quiet stay.

Sleeping arrangement:
• Bedroom 1 – one full-size bed
• Bedroom 2 – one twin-size bed

Parking:
• One reserved compact parking space is provided and best suited for small vehicles.
• Larger vehicles may use free street parking nearby. Please follow posted street-cleaning signs.

• The cottage is located on the same property as the main house, but it has its own private entrance and separate space.
• The entrance to the unit is accessed through a walkway approximately 100 feet long and about 3 feet wide, so guests should consider whether this path is suitable for their accessibility needs.
• The parking space is compact and may be tight for larger vehicles.

The place was very clean and had all amenities. Great location near Rose parade activities. Issue with no hot water for a couple hours. It was fixed and remainder of stay was uneventful!
