Welcome to the Canadian Rockies and your home away from home - enjoy a worry free and relaxing holiday in this three bedroom premium condo in the town of Canmore at the entrance to Banff National Park. The condo sleeps 8 comfortably. This upscale partial AIR CONDITIONING condo has all the amenities you would expect at home The resort has a heated outdoor swimming pool, 3 hot tubs, fitness center, children's play area and secure underground parking. Partake in activities such as golfing, walking, biking, hiking, sking, or just enjoy the outdoors and the breath taking beauty of the mountains surrounding this lovely town. Visit the Town of Banff 15 minutes away or the breath taking beauty of Lake Louise 45 minutes away. Enjoy the heated outdoor swimming pool all year round and the hot tubs are a treat after skiing at nearby world class ski resorts sunshine and Nakiska. There is so much to do in the Canadian Rockies you will want to come back again and again and what better place to stay than in a condo you will come to call your second home.
Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due 28 days prior to arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 500 CAD

Pet Policy, Deposit and Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.
NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure
One-time fee of 150.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Guest is expected to remove the garbage and recycling on departure.
Guest is asked to start the dishwasher and first load of laundry.
Guest is asked to leave soiled linens and towels in the bathtub or shower.
The guest is expected to clean the BBQ. Extra charges could apply.
If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.

The Lodges of Canmore was an ideal location for us to get to various hikes. The 3-bedroom units were perfect size...this particular property was very well-maintained and the owners were very helpful.

Sunil's condo was the perfect place for us to stay. The condo was in a great location, an easy beautiful walk to downtown and was very comfortable and spacious. The view from the balcony is great and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. Would recommend a stay here for sure.

It was close to all we needed to get to. Nice walks and lots of restaurants and coffee shops, etc. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen and the little extras that made eating in perfect. Bed was comfortable and that’s important!
