Comfortably sleeps 6. ​Enjoy a designated private workstation, cozy indoor fireplace, and fenced backyard garden with grill, deck, and firetable. Perfect for families, business travelers, and vacationers.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
No need to strip the beds, but please put additional used linens and used towels on the floor.
No need to take out the trash. If you do decide to, please do NOT put bagged recycling in the bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We do not allow third-party booking. Parties or severe noise violations will incur a $200 fee. Unauthorized guests will incur a $25 fee per person.
There are two designated parking spaces and additional street parking. Do not park more than two cars in the lot.
Please be respectful of the upstairs neighbors! The stairs and second floor deck are off-limits.
