The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
No need to strip the beds, but please put additional used linens and used towels on the floor.
Please do NOT put bagged recycling in the bin; it must be unbagged/loose or they will not pick it up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We do not allow third-party booking. Parties or severe noise violations will incur a $200 fee. Unauthorized guests will incur a $25 fee per person.
There are two designated parking spaces and additional street parking. Do not park more than two cars in the lot.
Please be respectful of the upstairs neighbors! The stairs and second floor deck are off-limits.

The home was lovely and walkable to Carytown, which has excellent nightlife, music and food. Charmingly decorated with ice cold air, all amenities were perfect for our five day stay. Home is historic and has a functioning porch swing and outdoor fire pit.
