The Master Bedroom is extra spacious. Enjoy the open concept kitchen, dining and living room. The second bedroom also has plenty of room to stretch out, and there is an additional half bath with the full bathroom and fully equipped laundry area.

Both the Master Bedroom and the second bedroom are spacious. The main area is an open concept kitchen, dining and living room.
There is a full bathroom and powder room. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer. The third bedroom is an actual flex room that can be used as an office, exercise room or otherwise.
Central air, heat, Smart TVs, WiFi and internet. The front and back yards are also spacious and inviting with seating in the rear yard. You'll love the layout of this rancher.
Guest access
You have the full run of the house. The attached garage has been converted to a studio apartment, so there can be guests staying there at the same time but there are no shared spaces besides the driveway and possibly the front/back yards at times.

THIS IS A SHORT-TERM/MID-TERM RENTAL FOR THE TIME SET FORTH IN THE BOOKING RESERVATION. IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTED BY ALL PARTIES THAT, AS A GUEST, YOU DO NOT HAVE TENANT RIGHTS. This ranch home has everything on the single level. While we advertise as a 2-bedroom, it is in fact a 3 bedroom home, but one of the bedrooms is setup as an office and flex space. The single level makes it convenient and efficient. The property itself is modern, contemporary and cozy, with all amenities. Super relaxing for couples, families and friends to stay together. Home away from home.
