With sleeping for 10, this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is the perfect place to gather with family and friends for a fun night at home or as a basecamp for exploring the area. Grill out on the deck while taking in a sierra sunset or cook a meal in the fully stocked kitchen. Play pool & ping pong in the game room or frisbee golf & corn hole outside on the lawn. Enjoy the large living room with electric fireplace, big screen T.V. and a variety of board games suitable for the whole family. Kick back and relax in the second living room; swing in the egg chair, grab a book and put your feet up. Looking for ambiance? Gaze into the electric fireplace with a glass of wine, sit outside by the propane fire table, outdoor fire pit or walk the backyard trail to Miami Creek. Feel like getting out and exploring the area? There are several hiking trails within a short drive and Bass Lake is only 15 minutes away...rent a kayak, paddle board, jet ski or boat and spend a fun filled day on the lake taking in the gorgeous scenery. Located 5 minutes from town, this homes location is ideal. You will find grocery stores, restaurants and a variety of shops to meet your needs.
