The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please set thermostat at 65 (heat) in the colder months and 80 ( cool) in the hotter months
Trash comes early on Wednesday mornings. Please have trash out out in front of house on Tuesday by 10 pm.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This was in a perfect location for our girls weekend, a short distance from the Square, lots of shopping and food options. We will definitely stay here again.
