A single bathroom keeps things simple and convenient. Whether relaxing inside or heading out to explore, guests enjoy a terrific blend of comfort and charm. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. Sitting on 14 acres of land, this quiet getaway is only a 10 minute walk to the Kentucky Lake and beautiful tree lined views. It is also 10 minutes from Paris Landing if you have a boat, for fishing, swimming and other recreational activities. The area is also known for hunting and fishing expeditions.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Put all dirty towels in the clothes basket located in the closet of the master bedroom
Empty all garbage and put in trash container outside and lock it. If it doesn't all fit, leave the trash bags neatly tied up in the kitchen for staff disposal.
DO NOT TOUCH THE PANEL BOX without notifying housekeeping or the host to avoid damage. Cut off all lights, turn the AC down to 78 degrees (summer) or heat up to 72 degrees (winter).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Always contact Housekeeping first if you need anything or have questions. No additional guest are allowed. Max occupancy is 6.
Do not leave trash outside, dont feed the animals or hurt them. Keep outside trash can locked at all times.

Booking and communication was excellent between myself and host. Property was very clean and beautifully decorated. This property is a perfect place to relax, unwind and very convenient to Paris Landing for easy boat access and fishing.
