Shop, grocery, shopping centre, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Gare", railway station 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, thermal baths "Thalazur Les Bains De Camargue" 6.2 km. Riding stable 4.2 km. Nearby attractions: Seaquarium 1.5 km, Casino Flamingo 2.5 km, Aigues Mortes 8.3 km, la Grande Motte 13 km, Nîmes 52 km. Hiking paths: Réserve Naturelle de Camargue. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Port Camargue, 3 km. Airfield 25 km from the property.
3-room apartment 45 m2 on 2 levels on 2nd floor. Living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (mini-oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning. Terrace 7 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: apartment street side. No parking. Smoke alarm.

Super appartement

Apparemment super, une vue impeccable sur les lâcher de taureaux. Le nom de l’immeuble est caché en passant en voiture mais facile à repérer a pied. Nous somme venue passer quelque jours en famille et nous ne regrettons pas le choix de l’appartement. La seul chose qu’on pourrait suggérer serait de changer le balais et la serpillière pour les locataires qui aimeraient nettoyer pendant leur vacances et voir pour une barrière de sécurité dans les escaliers pour les familles qui on des enfants.

Notre location de vacances

nous avons passé de bonnes vacances, l appartement est bien est propre, est bien équipé et proche de la mer (5mnt)et des commerces. Escalier est pas commode pour descendre et peut être dangereux c est bien d avoir une place de parquing privé et fermé. Merci a toute l équipe!

L'appartement est très bien situé au calme et tout a 200 mètres , commerces , plages, ports ,pas besoin de voiture sur place de plus l'appartement a un parking privatif fermé donc sécurisé , moi je relourai .

Appartement en duplex sympa et bien aménagé pour les vacances... Sa situation géographique est pas mal avec accès au centre ville et aux plages en moins de 5 minutes en claquette... Point d’amélioration; La place de parking est pour une voiture « majorette » et l’aspirateur est à changer!

L'appartement est top. Les 2 défauts sont les escaliers qui sont vraiment raides et le stationnement , en effet si tous les autres emplacements sont occupés vous ne pourrez pas vous garer ou sortir votre véhicule. Il faut vraiment une petite voiture...

Appartement correspondant à la description

Idéalement situé (très proche des rue commerçantes et plage au bout de la rue) cet appartement correspond à la description. Bien fourni en terme de vaisselle, les matelas sont bons. Malgré la proximité avec le centre ville, l'environnement est calme. Le seul bémol serait sa place de parking qui n'est pas conçue pour une grosse voiture si toutes les autres places du parking sont pleines puisqu'elles empêchent toutes manœuvres (10 min pour sortir notre fiesta!), nous n'y sommes plus revenus...
