Hi Everyone! My name is Tareka Tiba and I am most passionate about serving my guests on VRBO. I am here to make sure you are always taken care of! Me and my wife love helping others in any way we can and are passionate for hosting fellow travelers like you! This Property is clean, quality and quiet neighborhood house. we are living upstairs and renting basement. We share same gate door and after main gate we have different doors.

Tareka was a great, friendly host. He had food for late night arrival and breakfast. He was very thoughtful. The place was comfortable and in the basement of their house.

We needed beds with a packed short stay. The accommodations were great for this purpose. Comfortable beds. Easy check in and out and accommodated our late arrival. Great neighborhood and location. Friendly family. We would stay here again.

MY SISTER & I WENT TO SIUOX FALLS SD TO VISIT FAMILY. IT WAS A VERY NICE BASEMENT 2 BEDROOM 1 BATH. EASY ENTRY. VERY KIND HOSTS. DEFINITELY WORTH THE LOWER COST. WE HAD A GREAT TIME THERE. TW.

The host was very welcoming and made sure we had the TV remote, however, there were no channels on the TV and we were not able to login to any apps. There were some toys left in the area and the kitchenette counters were sticky. There was also old food in the fridge.

Great place to stay and I am very appreciative that the host was willing to do an after midnight check-in due to a long travel day. I didn't realize he would have to personally meet us at the door and let us in to his basement that is the rental location. I would have preferred a keypad entry. There is a lock on the rental door once in the basement. Very clean location! We left early the next morning to continue our drive, so I don't know anything about the rest of the area.

We are a family of 5 ( 2 adults/3kids). The place you stay is in the lower level of anther family's home. It has easy access to the lower level. We barely heard them above us. It is in a safe neighborhood. The lower level is cozy. Nice recliners in the living room to relax in. The beds were comfy and it has a small kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator. It had a nice large shower head with good water pressure, so the shower was great! The living room has glass doors that separates the stair area from your space that you can close and lock. The host was very friendly and responsive and met us when we arrived. It was cheaper than a hotel with a lot more space and comfort. I would recommend this home to others!

This House is share the space with you during stay. We are living upstairs and renting basement. We have same gate door and after main gate we have different doors. Just late you know We share only main gate door. Basement has Gate door and both Bedrooms has keys.
