*$75 per hour charge for not checking out on time. Please communicate if you need more time, if we can accommodate we will not charge a fee.
If the grill is used, please clean after use to avoid an extra $75 grill cleaning charge
Ice makers and fireplaces are an extra amenity and no refunds will be given if they are not functioning properly
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
