Finca Crespi in Buger

Finca in a rural area between Búger and Sa Pobla with private pool and modern, upmarket fittings and furnishings. Finca Crespi is located in the peaceful countryside and offers 3 bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms and a beautiful outside area.

Finca Crespi is located half way between Búger and Sa Pobla in the beautiful countryside. Búger is a quaint little village at approximately 18 kilometres from Alcudia and Pollensa. Set on a hill, this village has very much maintained its original charm and character. The surroundings of Sa Pobla are known for its wide fields, where the produce for almost all the island is grown. The village itself has a nice centre with traditional cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities. It keeps busy all year.

The finca is an excellent starting point for excursions to the beaches of the North, mountain tours and thanks to good infrastructure for day trips to the centre of the island or Palma de Mallorca, which is only a 35 minutes drive away. Cyclers will love the excellent network of easy and difficult tours around this part of the island. The fine sandy beaches of Alcudia and Pollensa are ideal for watersports of all kind. In about 15 minutes by car are the golf courses of Alcudia and Pollensa.

Búger's main square is lined by a number of typical local bars and coffee shops - the best spot to relax and enjoy an insight into the daily life of this little village. There is also a bakery, pharmacy and smaller shops for the daily shopping.

Finca Crespi is a two-storey property. The ground floor consists of a large lounge dining area with satellite television and fire place. Next to the lounge there is a small fitted kitchen, which is fully equipped and has a small breakfast table. On the same floor is also a double bedroom and a shower room. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, which are sharing a full bathroom. Outside is a guest toilet and a utility room, where the washing machine is.

Finca Crespi has a grand porch overlooking the pool. The mill and the trampoline will be a favourite with the kids. Sunbeds, shades and a portable BBQ grill are provided.

Children are welcome, a cot and a high chair are available free on request.
