We recently stayed at Jeffrey's property in Atlanta on Payton Rd. The house is much bigger than it looks with lots of rooms for guests on multiple floors. During our stay, we enjoyed the pool, theater room downstairs and the game tables on the lower level as well. The house is beautiful, well maintained and clean.The rooms were very comfortable and plentiful. There were several sitting room areas with two right off the kitchen, the primary living room has an extremely comfortable couch where we enjoyed sitting and watching some TV. We cooked several times during our stay and the kitchen had all needed cooking tools and stocked with plates and flatware. The bedrooms were also very comfortable and spaced out on several floors for privacy.Communication with the owner was easy and extremely fast responses. We emailed through the VRBO app, and then sent texts and one call - all were quick and easy and Jeffrey is very friendly. Given the large house with many electronics and the pool, there were instructions that needed to be followed and Jeffrey made the using of these items very easy. The location was very good for us as well, located several minutes inside the perimeter and about 10 min or so to downtown (aquarium). The property was near I-85 but in a very quiet neighborhood. I completely recommend staying at this property for your next visit to Atlanta.
