Charming, woodsy 1-bedroom apartment getaway in Lilburn for up to 4 guests

Fully renovated (as of November 2025!) private suite for up to 4 guests just outside of Atlanta, designed with you in mind. Enjoy a private stay for professionals, families, and travelers in a quiet, woodsy, residential neighborhood close to shops, restaurants, lakes, trails, activities, and highways. We are happy to provide recommendations of any kind.

This is a one-bedroom suite in a residential neighborhood. It is attached to the main house where my family lives, but you have your own entrance and complete privacy.

When you arrive at the property, you are welcome to either park on the street or in front of the garage on the right side (there is space in the driveway for 1 car only).

We use natural cleaning supplies and detergents that are free of toxic chemicals. Detergent: Clean People; Wool dryer balls with Young Living essential oils; cleaning supplies are Thieves by Young Living; Vacuum and Swiffer for the floor. No harsh fragrances, candles, or air fresheners.

Once you enter the unit, you will be in the open-space living room and kitchenette. The living room includes a pull-out futon that comfortably sleeps 2 adults. We have added frosted glass to the bottom panels of each set of windows for added privacy. The top windows have been left alone so our guests can enjoy the view of the woods behind our home. We have installed a small dehumidifier to improve the indoor air quality for our guests. We have also included guidebooks that guests are welcome to look through.

The kitchenette includes a stove, microwave, toaster oven, ice machine, kettle, milk frother, complimentary coffee, tea assortment, creamer, mints, paper towels, pots, pans, cooking supplies, utensils, plates, cups, wine glasses, mugs, bowls, seasoning, condiments, and a bottle of water for each registered guest.

The entire unit includes complimentary wifi, and both TVs include Guest access to Disney+, Hulu, and HBO.

Your peaceful space includes a bedroom that comfortably sleeps 2 adults. The bedroom offers a TV, an alarm clock, a papasan chair for comfortable reading, a galaxy star projector, a book selection, extra pillows and blankets, coloring and activity books, crayons, a closet with hangers, an ironing board, and a salt lamp.

Through the bedroom, there is direct access to the bathroom, which includes a bidet and a standing shower. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, toilet paper, kleenex, toothbrushes, toothpaste, washcloths, hand towels, and body towels for your convenience.

In the backyard, guests are welcome to use the trampoline, fire pit, and chairs on the deck.
